GURU PARAMPARA

Sadguri - H H Swami Poornananda (1939-2000):
Sri Kameswara Sastry is one amongst the men of GOD-REALIZATION, during his spiritual path, spent twelve life turning years in “TAPOSADHANA” in a SIDDHA’s CAVE at Tamraparni a rich divine forest in Tamilnadu near Tirunalveli. During this period, he was blessed with many powerful great mantras with suitable DEEKSHA SADHANAS and illuminated with Yogic Techniques by Mahadguru Swami Omkarananda ( Sri Rakhadi Baba). Sri Rakhadi Baba in the search of his successor to unite an display and discriminate abnormal cosmic energy of trasure he acquired through the toughest “TAPONISHTA” (meditation), found Sri Kameswara Sastry with the specific built-in nature of “SIDDHA SADHANA”.From then Sri Kameswara sastry came in to light as Sadguru Sri Poornananda a Deeksha namem presented by Sri Rakhadi baba and welcomed ‘Swamiji’ , as he was dearly called by his disciples and devotees into the GREAT GURU PARAMPARA of SRI Swami Nityananda of Ganeshpuri fame and his ancestors. with the divine advice of Sri Rakhadi Baba, Sri Poornananda swami, developed an Ashram at SriSaila Divya Kshetram in Nallamala Forest of Andhra Pradesh, India. Swamiji’s many acts of miraculous grace are still a matter of discovery , for they are steeped in mystical profoundity and in many cases lovingly gaurded in the hearts of his ‘touched’ devotees. Swamiji was one of the very rarest of the rare spiritual giants Punyabhumi Bharat has continued to produce , in the same class as the great siddha sage Agastya , and spiritually experienced by many as the embodiment of the eternal Siva-Sakti combine. Sri Sivayya Swamy popularly known as Sri APPA SWAMY, is one of the primary Disciples of Sri Poornananda Swamiji..
